The dojo was started by Lee O'Connell in November 2006. We have a terrific friends and family and team atmosphere with some pretty tough exercise! The founder and teacher, Lee O'Connell, started instruction in Kendo in 1995 with Swindells Sensei and Konishi Sensei. He is at the moment rated Sandan and has through twenty five ages working experience in martial arts. Lee is piece of the Kobudokan shiai crew, who currenlty are the winners of the 2009 Sir Frank Bowden Taikai. Lee up and running Karate-Do at an early age and is at this time Sandan, and has examined Aikido, Kobudo, Kyusho-Jutsu and competed for the British Ju-Jitsu staff, winning three nationwide championships and european medals..
